Why We Built This Site
Georgia law gives the public broad access to many court records, yet the first task is still finding the office that holds the item. The clerk maintains the docket, which records filings, parties, settings, and dispositions. The courts schedule hearings and enter orders. In Dade, the local Court Docket link, PeachCourt civil access, EZ-Filing criminal filing, and dated Clerk calendar PDFs serve different purposes. The county also has separate Magistrate, Probate, Juvenile, and municipal routes. The pages here gather those distinctions, along with official contacts, fees, forms, and request steps.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket routes: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are located and read in Dade County
- Court dates: how to read Court Dates PDFs and confirm a hearing setting
- Case lookups: how a Case Lookup differs from the Icon login and PeachCourt account routes
- Record requests: how Court Record Search routes to the clerk, public terminal, or request form
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Georgia court, clerk, or state agency. The official offices control the records and settings, so there are clear limits to what this resource can do:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages include search boxes supplied by outside providers. Those companies operate their own services and set their own pricing. If a tool leads to a paid signup, a referral fee may support the upkeep of this resource. The provider, rather than this site, controls the result set, charges, and service terms.
